MAHESH ARORA
Mahesh Arora– is a professionally qualified post-graduate in Agriculture from India, who is a seasoned professional with 30 years of varied fields, production and managerial experience in agriculture; both in India and the Gulf. He has also undergone several training programs and international certifications – ranging from Mushroom Cultivation in The Netherlands, to Retractable Cooling Roof Growing Systems Technology in Mexico with Cravo Company from Canada.
Prior to setting up of Arora Group, he has also been the Co-Founder, Business Partner, Agri-Business Specialist & Technical Advisor of Coastal Green Agriculture LLC & Orchard Al Jood Trading and other Corporate Groups, in the Sultanate of Oman, where he has been a resident since 1998.
Mahesh Arora is credited with creating a model of Vegetable Farming with Association of Omani Farmers where they have been growing & exporting pesticides free fresh French Beans and Bell Peppers to Japan and other Middle East Countries for past twelve years. This model is being now implemented across the Sultanate of Oman.
Since 2008, he has also helped to implement cropping models with Association Omani Farmers including fertigation and IPM protocols, which have contributed to increasing the productivity per m2 and widening the crop portfolio for Omani Farmers.
ABDUS SATTAR
Abdus Sattar- is a professionally qualified graduate from Bangladesh, who has travelled various countries and acquired vast experience in trading of fruits and vegetables across middle east countries for last 15 years. Prior to co-founding Arora Groups, Abdus Sattar has been operating in association with different companies for trading of fruits & vegetables in Sultanate of Oman and UAE which has helped him with insight of the industry from ground level to management levels of the Industry.
